What is an Upper Deck Certified Diamond Dealer?
Certified Diamond Dealers (CDD) are brick-and-mortar stores that have signed an agreement with Upper Deck to distribute their products. Holmestead has been a CDD since 2021.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay for online and in-store purchases. In-store, we also accept debit and cash. ABSOLUTELY ALL CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL INFORMATION MUST MATCH THE BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS. ALL ORDERS WITHOUT THE PROPER BILLING ADDRESS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND WILL BE CANCELLED.
Do You Charge Taxes on Purchases?
Yes. As a Canadian business, we are required to charge the applicable tax rates based on your province or territory. Below is a breakdown of the current sales tax rates:
- Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon – 5%
- Saskatchewan – 11%
- Ontario – 13%
- Quebec – 14.975%
- New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island – 15%
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Do You Offer Local Pickup?
Yes! We offer local pickup for online orders. Order preparation time can vary—PLEASE WAIT FOR THE EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER IS READY BEFORE COMING TO THE STORE TO PICK IT UP.
When Will My Package Be Shipped?
We strive to have orders packaged and shipped in 1-2 business days; however, delays can happen. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. Possible delays include but are not limited to: weather, delivery company issues, holidays, health, and human error. Due to instances of fraud, we will not ship orders to any reshipping companies that ship items outside of Canada.
Do You Offer Tracking on Shipments?
Yes! All online store orders shipped within Canada include a Canada Post tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on the distance from our store to your location. Delivery times are estimates and NOT guaranteed. Holmestead is not liable for an order that is either lost or stolen if tracking shows that the item was delivered.
Do You Ship Outside of Canada?
Orders outside of Canada will need to be confirmed due to strict policies from manufacturers. Please contact us at holmesteadstore@gmail.com to make shipping arrangements.
What is your return/refund policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances unless there was an error on our part, or the item was damaged during shipment. If there was an error on our part or the item was damaged during shipment, an exchange will be offered. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
If there is an error with the order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment, we will not allow a return of the item under any circumstances.
If damaged, the item must be returned and received by us before an exchange is processed.
